About
Bio: Luke is a Client Manager within the Financial Services Group of Aon’s Commercial Risk division. He is also the UK Co-Chair of Aon’s LGBTQ+ business resource group, Aon Pride Alliance, and is responsible for co-leading a team of colleagues across the UK business in their efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all Aon employees.
Luke started his career on Aon’s Graduate Programme in 2021, as a trainee Client Manager in the firm’s Leeds and Sheffield branch. Having initially been drawn to apply to Aon on account of its commitments to diversity, inclusion and equity, Luke joined the Pride Alliance group within his first few weeks at Aon, later joining the BRG Committee where he has played an active role in arranging network events, such as Aon’s participation in Leeds Pride. Co-Chair of the BRG since January 2024, he remains committed to driving forward Aon’s DEIB initiatives.

Luke is a graduate of Durham University (BA, Chinese Studies) and Newcastle University (MSc, International Business Management), with a CII Level 4 Diploma in Insurance (Chartered Insurance Institute).
