Lauren Cahill Appointed as Project Manager

LGBT Great is delighted to announce Lauren Cahill will be taking on a new role as Member Operation Lead and Project Manager. Lauren’s pronouns are she/her. Lauren will be the primary contact for Core and Foundation Members for all core operational queries and engagements. Since joining LGBT Great in 2021, Lauren has overseen the successful rollout of the iiBT 2021 Program and our industry-wide mentoring program, which has just kicked off again with its second global cohort. Lauren has also designed and implemented new processes and procedures and is an invaluable resource to our team.

Lauren joined LGBT Great in May 2021 as an Executive Assistant after time away from the workplace to look after her two small children. Prior to this, Lauren enjoyed a long and successful career at one of our Core Leadership Members, Fidelity International, where she was the Early Careers Programme Leader. Lauren brings invaluable strategic and operational expertise to the team, and we wish her every success in her new role”.
