Partner at St. James's Place
About
Bio: Grant has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry and became a Partner at St. James's Place Wealth Management in September 2017. He specialises in the design and delivery of financial solutions for the clients of Pickering and Rye Financial Solutions Ltd. Before joining St. James's Place Wealth Management he was a Senior Financial Planning Manager at Nationwide Building Society.
Grant feels that inclusion and diversity is vital within the work place, and feels fortunate that his career choices to date have been within progressive, forward thinking companies that choose to promote equality and individuality within their models.
As a member of the LGBT community himself, Grant appreciates that not all companies choose to promote equality and individuality so prominently within their company models. He feels there is still a lot of work to be done, and is delighted to be an active role model to help support awareness and acceptance across all areas of the investment and wealth management sector.
Grant says: "I feel that everyone deserves the right to be treated as an individual, to be able to be themselves and make their own kind of music, whatever that maybe."
