Han Zhong comments: "In my years of growing up, I have seen how people around me are discriminated due to their sexual orientation and gender identity. In this day and age, I believe such prejudicial treatment should find no place in our society, much less the working place. As such, I seek to do my bit to empower everyone to be bold and be their true self. The LGBT+ community needs more supporters and I strongly encourage more people to come out as an Ally. There is still a lot more work to be done."
