I am proud to be part of the LGBT Great Project 1000. My experienced with different cultures and working environments in various countries has contributed to strengthen, better understand, respect and appreciate different points of view. I believe it is important to promote a diverse and inclusive working environment, which benefits the company and the employee . I will continue my efforts to develop equality and inclusion in the workplace and hopefully assist those entering the financial industry to do the same.
