Bio: Tristan Davies is a Senior Business Analyst at Capital Group, working within the Business Management team to support the growth of Capital Group's Europe and Asia business. He has 13 years of experience in the financial industry and has been at Capital Group for 8 years. Prior to joining Capital, Tristan worked for TD Wealth Corporate Services Europe, based in London. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Music from the University of Birmingham and a master's degree in Finance & Accounting from Kingston Business School.
Tristan is co-chair for Capital Group's LGBTQ+ network, CG Pride. From the outset, Tristan has been passionately involved in Capital's diversity & inclusion efforts and envisages a future where diverse voices are heard and celebrated. To this end, Tristan has led Capital Group's participation in Pride celebrations & campaigns across Europe and Asia, including participation in Pride in London since 2018 and Geneva Pride for the first time in 2019. He has also engaged some of Capital's executive leaders in open conversations, reverse-mentoring, and panel discussions to promote equality and bring out diverse leadership voices, promoting LGBTQ+ representation and allyship throughout the company.
