He comments: "I am a visible ally and the Pride movement is important to me as I believe in promoting equality, dignity, and mutual respect for people of all diversity in society, ensuring all can live without fear or prejudice related to their background or orientation. My work with our Pride group as an LGBTQ+ executive ally is driven from the belief that all our employees should feel a true sense of safety and belonging. Understanding the impact of mental health and how anyone can be affected, it's critical that we encourage and support each other to embrace our authentic self and feel safe to open up about our identity."
