About
Bio: Bryce Raynor is a Vice President at BlackRock, serving as the Global Lead for People Manager Development in Human Resources. In this role, Bryce is responsible for people manager strategy as well as developing and overseeing the people manager programming.
Before assuming their current position, Bryce relocated to Atlanta in 2022, where they managed Early Career and Professional Development. This included overseeing the Intern and Analyst Orientation programming, designing Employee Onboarding content, and managing global Professional Development initiatives.
Bryce joined BlackRock in 2018 in the Tokyo office, where they supported and led Talent Management and DEI activities across Japan and the APAC region.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Bryce worked at Johnson & Johnson Japan as a Learning & Development specialist, focusing on the professional and people management development of all employees in Japan.
Bryce holds a Master's degree in International Business from Tsukuba University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina.
