About
Bio: Ryan joined Albourne Partners in 2017 and currently works as a Portfolio Analyst assisting Institutional Investors with constructing and managing portfolios of alternative investments. Before joining Albourne, Ryan previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a Fixed Income Trade Support Group Consultant in New York and earned a BSc in Psychology with a Business Concentration from Pennsylvania State University.
In 2021, Ryan co-founded Albourne’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Albourne Pride, and continues to co-chair the group. The mission of Albourne Pride is to foster an inclusive community for LGBTQ+ Albourne employees and allies. Creating a workplace where everyone feels understood, respected, and celebrated is central to this mission. Albourne Pride aims to achieve this vision through two main goals: building community and educating at Albourne. They strive to promote a sense of belonging by forging connections among LGBTQ+ employees and allies, fostering a supportive community where individuals can share experiences and find common ground. The community engagement extends beyond the workplace, involving participation in local LGBTQ+ organizations and events such as Pride parades, volunteering, and collaborating with external groups. Albourne Pride embraces the rich diversity within the LGBTQ+ community and celebrate it through storytelling, art, and educational sessions that highlight the unique experiences, perspectives, and talents. In doing so, Albourne Pride aims to foster understanding, challenge stereotypes, and promote empathy across the organization.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys adventure and the outdoors, and recently achieved the feat of summitting Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
