About
Bio: Sara has been with Wellington Management since 2019 and currently serves as a Product Reporting Analyst. In this role, she is responsible for crafting commentaries and analyses, client letters, and books for client and prospect meetings. Sara maintains client deliverables and marketing materials for multiple products within the Emerging Markets Debt and Core Bond universes. She is passionate about efficiency and has developed onboarding and training programs, as well as established workflow processes, leading to increased productivity for her team.
Sara serves as one of the co-chairs of Wellington’s LGBTQIA+ business network, Pride+. In this role, she has engaged with clients to share best practices related to LGBTQIA+ inclusion, presented at an LGBTQ+ conference on the importance of employee resource groups, led teams in organizing Wellington’s participation in the Boston Pride Parade, and facilitated discussions on allyship in the workplace. Sara leads the daily operations of the network and aids the firm in executing its GDEI strategy related to talent, culture, community, and investments.
Sara is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) due to her personal experiences as a queer individual in the workplace. She understands the challenges of not feeling accepted and believes in creating an environment where everyone can be their true selves.
