About
Bio: Keiren joined Lloyds Banking Group in 1997 working in retail banking, making the transition over to Commercial Banking a few years later and working his way up to be the Head of Lending for the Corporate Markets business. Day to day, Keiren is the Lending Product owner, supporting product development, innovation, finance performance and product management, as well as ensuring the banks capital is efficiently distributed on the product through pricing committees.
Keiren is passionate about building and leading inclusive teams and in known is the business for championing inclusion and creating a safe and collegiate space for everyone he works with.
Keiren is the longest standing member of the Lloyds LGBTQ+ network (Rainbow), running the learning and development strand for a number of years, before moving to lead on external relationships. As part of this, Keiren went on to be the Co-Chair of Interbank for 2 years before stepping down in 2023, so that he could step up to be the Co-Chair of the Lloyds Rainbow network.
Keiren strives to make the work place both joyful and inclusive for the people he works with, a place where people can truly be authentic and believes the secret to leadership is to genuinely care about the people you’re around. Root for their success and they’ll root for yours.
Outside of work, Keiren lives in the Cotswolds with his husband of 17 years, Dan. No pets yet, but dogs are to follow soon.
