About
Bio: Based in London, Kaitlyn Klapperich is a Vice President and Regional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead – EMEA at Northern Trust. She is responsible for the development and implementation of Northern Trust’s diversity, equity an inclusion strategy under the direction of the Global Head of Corporate Sustainability, Inclusion and Social Impact. Her primary areas of focus include identifying innovative solutions and implementing policies and programmes across EMEA offices to achieve a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive company.
Prior to her role in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Kaitlyn was the EMEA Corporate Philanthropy Lead at Northern Trust, responsible for the governance, grant management and impact evaluation of Northern Trust EMEA’s integrated charitable partnerships, as well as driving employee volunteer efforts across the region.
Kaitlyn has over 10 years of experience as an equity-centred social impact practitioner designing and deploying engagement strategies to connect businesses and communities across US and EMEA regions.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys volunteering for The Felix Project, spending time with friends and family, and travelling with her wife.
