Bio: Shona joined Veeam in 2022 as the Global Employer Brand and Culture Director. In this capacity, she leads brand and communications strategies that are designed to attract, retain, and engage Veeam's employees. Previously she was 12-years at EY, where she held various global roles leading brand, marketing, and communications with a people-centric focus.
Shona, as the first Global Chair of Veeam's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group-Pride, is a passionate advocate for diversity. Her commitment to building diversity into the organization's culture and integrating inclusive processes into everyday practices is a crucial driver for her. She firmly believes that diversity practices need to be continuously cultivated. She is starting from the ground up to ensure that Veeam remains an inclusive workplace for all LGBTQ+ people.
Shona strongly advocates for an environment where individuals can freely express themselves. She endeavours to embody the most authentic version of herself by remaining true to her values and living them out daily.
