About
Bio: I am a Proposition Specialist at Quilter with 17 years of experience in various roles, from customer-facing to product design. As a bisexual woman and active member of our ‘Together with Pride’ network, I am dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion and believe strongly in Quilter’s role in supporting employees and participating in wider initiatives that genuinely celebrate differences. I recently completed a leadership apprenticeship that emphasised the benefits and challenges of recruiting and retaining diverse workforce, which inspired me to volunteer as a panellist for Quilter’s LGBTQ+ support network and contribute to the LGBT Great research group.
My engagement in intersectional allyship and neurodiversity awareness has deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by diverse communities. I am also a member of our cultural diversity community and participate in wider Diversity & Inclusion form discussions to listen to colleagues’ experiences. I have shared my story through internal blogs and mentor colleagues to promote an inclusive workplace. I believe in the power of personal storytelling to build connections and support colleagues in achieving their potential.
