Bio: Rob is an Application Support Team Lead at Novuna, working in in Group IT, helping to build, deliver and support systems. Since joining the company in 2022, Rob has been able to support initiatives in their LGBT+ community, and accepted the opportunity to co-lead in 2024.
Novuna is committed to achieving an inclusive and diverse workplace, and has given us the platform to host celebrations, webinars, pronoun badges, and create LGBT+ content that our colleagues engage with.
Rob is proud to work at a company where everyone can be their authentic selves. Through co-leading the LGBT+ community, PRISM, he has been able to make connections with people across the UK that wouldn’t normally be possible. Colleague engagement is his passion, and he’s always looking for opportunities to hear stories and gain valuable feedback from colleagues
