About

Bio: David is the Head of Group Customer Inclusion for Lloyds Banking Group. David has a 30+ year career in Lloyds Banking Group and has held numerous senior roles across customer servicing, sales & marketing, compliance and operational risk management through to auditing the Group’s international businesses.

Today, David is responsible for delivering the Groups strategy to improve experiences and fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances. Working with internal and external partners, David drives change to develop practical solutions that will mitigate or reduce the harm a vulnerable customer may face when dealing with the bank.

Reflecting David’s passion for colleague inclusion, for the last decade he has also been the Chair of Rainbow, the Group’s LGBTQIA+ colleague network, creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and helping colleagues grow their careers whilst always being their authentic selves at work.

David lives in Kent with his husband and two dogs.
