Bio: Carolyn is a Customer Service Manager for Quilter plc (previously Old Mutual Wealth). She manages a team within the Customer Service Centre, dealing with investments and wealth management. She has been in the finance industry for nearly 14 years, focussing managing and coaching people across the business. She began her career in Centrica, working on the complaints handling team.

Carolyn is a key member of the LGBT network in Quilter plc and actively works to ensure fair representation for all staff members. She’s been instrumental in developing a menopause policy and supporting and coaching others in mental health first aid.
