Bio: James has worked for Barnett Waddingham for 8 years and been part of the pensions industry for 11 years. Since working for Barnett Waddingham, he has been a key member of the Pride network, working hard to improve internal LGBTQ+ awareness and policies. James also sits on the O:pen network, the LGBTQ+ pensions professionals’ group.
He is particularly proud of his work supporting LGBTQ+ charities across the UK including Opening Doors, Tonic Housing Association, and the Precarious Lives project.
