Bio: Jessica Glazov (She/Her) is an an active member of BlackRock's OUT & Allies (LGBTQ+) network in EMEA, most recently serving as EMEA Social Impact lead. In her three years serving on the committee, Jessica has mobilised over 100 BlackRock employees to volunteer and has brought fundraising and grant-giving amounts at BlackRock for LGBTQ+ charities to an unprecedented all-time high.
Charities that Jessica has supported in her time include Just Like Us, Terrence Higgins Trust, Open for Business, OKRE and Foundation Le Refuge, amongst others. She was named Just Like Us Corporate Volunteer of the Year in 2024 for her contributions to the charity.
In her day job, Jess is a member of the BlackRock Transformation Office (BTO). BTO partners with teams across the firm to drive 'One BlackRock' outcomes for the firms most impactful transformational initiatives globally. Prior to this role, she sat in the EMEA Core COO team and served as Business Manager for BlackRock's Exec and Sales teams in the region. Before joining BlackRock, Jess completed a short stint in Strategy & Operations at an early-stage employment technology start up in Singapore.
Jess holds a BSc in Psychology from Kings College London.
