About
Bio: Oscar Hoyle is a passionate non-binary changemaker, best known as the Chief Executive Officer of Blossom LGBT CIC and as a Director at Trans in The City. Having attended their first LGBT rights protest at the age of 13, they have developed a passion for implementing positive change throughout our community.
Determined to create positive change, Oscar stepped up as the founder and CEO of Blossom LGBT CIC in 2019, a non-profit organisation with the focus of empowering LGBTQIA+ young adults to succeed without the fear of discrimination, where they've established a national one to one career mentoring programme, a number of skills and personal development schemes, and a number of holistic wellbeing services. They have since devoted their professional career to creating a better environment for the LGBT community, raising over £400,000 for their work in the last two years alone. Respected for the powerful work they are completing; Oscar has partnered with some of the largest organisations globally and aims to educate audiences on issues the LGBT community continue to face daily.
An inspiration to many, Oscar aims to create change through using the voices and experiences of the young adults that they and their team supports at Blossom to create tangible and evidence grounded support for businesses. With experience delivering talks and bespoke consultancy to large-scale clients focused on empowering businesses to attract, retain, and motivate diverse young adults, they are revered for focusing on creating approachable and inclusive spaces where anyone is welcome to try, get things wrong, and learn!
