Bio: Torie is a passionate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) professional with over 6 years of experience leading transformative initiatives across global enterprises. Currently pursuing a PhD in Management & Organizational Behavior with a specialization in Diversity & Inclusion studies, Torie is dedicated to advancing DE&I through both professional practice and academic research.
In addition to her studies, Torie is also an Associate Researcher collaborating on research and Knowledge Exchange projects within her university. With a strong commitment to fostering inclusive cultures, Torie has delivered impactful public speaking engagements and developed strategies that drive organizational growth and innovation. She actively supports awareness-building campaigns, encourages and empowers others, and contributes to creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all.
