About
Bio: Canberk (Can) joined Citi in 2022 and works in Equity Research covering European Financials, after starting his career on the Markets graduate program. He has been a part of the Pride network since joining Citi and is passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community both internally and externally. At Citi he pays a particular focus with colleagues on developing the Pride in Markets initiative and showcasing Citi’s commitment to the LGBTQ+ community in the early careers space.
Can believes that everyone should be able to bring their full, confident selves to work and has found Citi to be an incredibly supportive place for the LGBTQ+ community, particularly amongst colleagues and senior leaders. He wants all young LGBTQ+ persons to be able to thrive in the workplace and is keen spread awareness of LGBTQ+ topics with those in senior positions.
Prior to Citi, Can graduated from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Outside of work, Can enjoys hanging out with friends and travelling.
