About
Bio: Adam is the DevOps Lead (Business Finance and Vehicle Solutions) and Co-Lead of the PRISM Community working remotely for Novuna living on the West Coast of Scotland with his fiancé.
Since entering the professional world of work aged 17 as an apprentice out of sixth form, Adam had to learn about himself, and his sexuality, whilst developing his professional career in a full-time office. As a result, Adam is passionate about making workplaces a great place to work and to help achieve greater inclusivity and diversity.
Since February 2024 Adam took on co-leading the LGBTQ+ community at Novuna called PRISM. This serves as a great opportunity for improvement and change in the organisation, recently including launching pronoun badges, a PRIDE week across the offices and joining LGBT Great.
Adam Comments:
"We have great plans and ambition for our community going forward, including attending external PRIDE events in 2025."
