Bio: Andrew is an Operational Resilience Manager at M&G. Prior to M&G, Andrew worked as a Senior Information Risk Analyst at Duco for 2.5 years and prior to that, worked for EY as a Cyber Security Consultant for 3 years. Andrew is an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) Graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London. He read Mathematics, with a focus on Security and Financial Mathematics.

"It was only in 2022 that I finally felt ready to embrace myself fully and accept who I am - I am Bisexual. I’m immensely proud of myself and if I could I’d go back a decade and tell my younger self that it would be ok, and tell that young man how great the future is going to be, and that he’d be surrounded by love and support when he was ready. Everyone in the community will have their own story and I can guarantee many will have elements of joy, sadness, anxiety, acceptance, fears of rejection and many other feelings. I'm passionate about supporting others in Financial Services who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, who are looking for a friendly face that can act as a point of reference / guide / sounding board as they progress through their careers."
