I have 23 years of rich HR experience across leading organizations like Fidelity, Sapient, and Evalueserve, where I have held various leadership positions. I am currently the Head of HR in India for Fidelity International. In addition, I lead the global Learning and Development team.
I have worked deeply on strengthening the linkage between business and HR strategy in ever-evolving multidimensional work ecosystems. I have been working extensively on creating human-centric people strategies that align with - the future of work, generational shifts within society and workplaces, and evolving imperatives for leadership development. I am passionate about D&I and have worked widely on building cultures that value DEI and actively nurture it.
I am a certified coach from the International Coach Federation.
