I've supported Chief Executives across a range of sectors, and recently moved into Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). In many respects, I found my voice through feminist activism and participating in my firm's Pride network. This, coupled with finally coming out later in life has led to an exponential improvement in my confidence and mental health. I have a deep appreciation for the power of authenticity and being able to be ourselves. In mentoring relationships, I have come to be known for conversations about stretching comfort zones, about developing as a public speaker, about finding voice, taking action, and engaging a growth mindset.
