Jenn comments: “Having seen the struggles faced by a close friend who came out in his twenties made me determined to foster an open environment in and out of work where there is no issue in being who we are from the get go, and where everyone can thrive and feel empowered regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. I am proud to be an LGBT+ ally and celebrate the different ways we express love and express ourselves.”
