Bio: Jamie Pineau (She/Hers) is a Senior Digital Delivery Manager at Janus Henderson, leading global change through personal connection, creative solutions, and operational excellence.
Jamie Pineau is a trans woman who was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. She brings her adventurous spirit and unique perspective into the workplace. Jamie’s diverse working background includes experience in Outdoor Leadership, Biblical Studies and Real Estate. She Joined Janus Henderson Investors in 2008, during which time obtained her 6 63 and 7 licenses, and worked within Operations, and Sales before finding her place on the Digital Delivery Team. Jamie’s responsibilities now include team operations, people and project management for over 70 websites in 9 languages around the globe.
Jamie is passionate about advocating for LGBTQ+ issues and creating safe spaces for diversity within the workplace. She shared her transition story through her “Authentic Self” interview hosted by Janus Henderson’s Pride Employee Group, which has been made available to all global employees. She also continues to use her experiences and visibility as a trans woman in leadership, to influence corporate culture and policy. In 2022 she was appointed as the US Leader for the Janus Henderson Employee Resource Group where she has focused on empowering employees and serving the local LGBTQ+ community.
