Lucy changed career last year into a strategy and consultant role, focusing on designing target operating models and facilitating business change in distribution and client reporting. Prior to this change, Lucy spent 15 years in sales while developing expertise in business change and DEI change alongside her roles.
Prior to working at M&G, Lucy spent five years with Janus Henderson as a Business Development Manager, where, alongside meeting sales and retention every year, she was co-opted by the Change function to lead and support business change projects. In addition, Lucy was a driving force of DE&I activity as Chair of the Global Gender Diversity ERG and Member of the D&I Steering Committee.
Prior to Janus Henderson, Lucy held sales and marketing roles for Tages Capital, Franklin Templeton, F&C Fund Management, and Shore Capital, and was actively involved in regulatory change, technology change and marketing transformation initiatives.
