Bio: Elire Benjamin (she/they) is the Senior Social Media Manager at Natixis Investment Managers, where has specialized since 2021 in crafting informative social content that reaches thousands of users daily. In fall 2022 she publicly came out as transgender, becoming Natixis' first associate to do so; in the months since, she's worked with associates, employee resource groups, and company executives with an eye towards making Natixis a "best in class" place to work for LGBTQ+ professionals, including completing Natixis' first ever LGBT Great iiBT benefits and diversity survey in winter 2022. For this work, she was awarded the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association's DEI Rising Star award in spring 2023.
Outside of work, Elire is an avid road cyclist, a live music fan, and an electric car evangelist. She lives in Boston with her partner Felix and three bikes named after pop music stars Normani Kordei, Jazmine Sullivan, and Marina Diamandis.
