About
Bio: Emma Hill is Group Brand & Marketing Director at Cardano, an investment management and advisory business with a focus on risk and sustainability. She has previously held senior marketing roles at a number of companies including Legal & General, Royal London, RSA, Honda and ITV where she has helped deliver brand and marketing transformation programmes.
She holds a Masters in Mass Communications, the IDM Diploma in Direct & Interactive Marketing and the CAM Advanced Diploma in Communications Studies. She is married with two daughters, two cats and two dogs.
Emma has always had a keen interest in company culture, aiming to build teams where people can comfortably bring their authentic selves to work. She is a founding member of Cardano’s Pride network, introducing Cardano to LGBT Great.
In order to formalise her interest in supporting diverse and inclusive workplaces, she is currently studying for an MSc in Business & Occupational Psychology.
Emma is a member of Cardano’s Pride network (and introduced Cardano to LGBT Great!) and recently initiated research with Mallowstreet looking at how we improve DEI in the pensions industry.
