About
Bio: Natasha Morris joined BBH in 2008 and is a European Relationship Manager within the firm’s Investment Operations group. Prior to this role, she held numerous positions within the Infomediary team. She has worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years.
Natasha is a co-chair of the BBH Pride network and has enjoyed being a leader in its continued growth across BBH’s global offices. BBH’s inclusive workplace culture and its employee-led Pride Network creates a welcoming community for employees who identify as LGBTQ+ and their allies. Through education and advocacy, Pride raises awareness of topics relevant to the LGBTQ community, helping to create a diverse, accepting, and inclusive workplace.
She is also a member of the BBH Women’s Network.
‘Being an ally is very important to me as I look to provide support within our LGBTQ+ community now and for future generations. I believe the more people educate themselves on the beauty within the diversity around us, the easier we can break down barriers. By being a visible ally, I hope to encourage others to understand how critical allyship is to helping everyone feel understood, respected and appreciated for who they truly are. This is key to my work with Pride and I am proud to be part of this community.’
