Bio: Ozge Usta is the Head of Sustainability Delivery, responsible for enabling the delivery of HSBC Asset Management’s sustainability strategy through sustainable investment and culture initiatives, Co-chair of the DE&I initiative and is part of the global leadership team. Previously, she was the Global Head of Client Propositions & Client Experience, responsible for proposition development and delivery, as well as product marketing globally, for all asset classes and all client groups.

With over 20 years of banking experience, Ozge has held a number of positions, predominantly across Asset Management and Retail banking in both emerging and developed markets. Ozge started her career as a graduate trainee at a Turkish commercial bank in Istanbul, looking after Financial Institutions relationships. In 2002, she moved to HSBC Turkey in the wealth management propositions team. Ozge moved to HSBC Asset Management London in 2006, working in the corporate strategy team and since then held various roles on the sales and distribution side, taking a global leadership role in 2013. Ozge holds an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics.
