Bio: Lee Marshall is the Chief of Staff of the Church of England Pensions Board. Outside this role, he is Chair of the Diversity Project Charity, putting inclusion into practice through the financial services and investment world for the benefit of wider society, was the former Chair of the Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation (anti-bullying charity) and of Ditch the Label.

Lee was a co-founder of Stonewall and their first treasurer. Lee has a keen focus on diversity and inclusion (both within his role with the Pensions Board and outside), particularly at senior levels and has recently been a member of the Advisory Board for a publication on diversifying boards of trustees and directors. He speaks on diversity and inclusion, wherever he is invited to do so.

Lee advises organisations on a global basis, and in the past year was invited to work with LGBTI Sey on diversity and inclusion issues in the Seychelles as the guest of the British High Commission, and to participate in the Pride Month celebrations in Montreal.
