About
Bio: Vishal is a Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Board of MS Amlin, one of the largest managing agents in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. He has 20 years of financial services industry experience across investment banking, life and non-life insurance sectors.
His experience spans consultancy, in-house and regulatory roles both here in the UK and internationally, having worked at UBS, PwC, Hiscox and latterly acted as the Chief Actuary for General Insurance at the Bank of England. He is also a member of the external D&I Advisory Board for the flagship insurance sector publication, Insurance Insider, as well as a member of the Advisory Board for Link, the insurance sector’s LGBT+ network. He has previously served as a trustee for Switchboard, the UK’s largest helpline-based LGBT+ charity.
