About
Bio: Harry is a Senior Analyst within the Futures Clearing Operations function, part of the Commodities and Global Markets division at Macquarie Group. He joined Macquarie in mid-2018 in the Specialised Asset Finance division, where he managed Macquarie’s vehicle finance portfolio in the UK before relocating offices to London in February 2020. Harry has been a Steering Committee Member of Macquarie Pride EMEA since joining the Group. When he relocated to London, he took on the role of Co-Chair.
Macquarie’s Pride EMEA ENG aims to empower LGBTQ+ colleagues, clients, communities, and allies, by building an environment where everyone has equitable opportunities. The Pride EMEA ENG is made up of over 700 members of Macquarie staff “representing around a third of the staff population in this region. The network is regularly consulted on Macquarie’s inclusion work and runs a formal reverse mentoring” scheme to support senior leaders to develop their understanding of an LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace. Macquarie is proud of its truly inclusive DEI culture and the ENG plays a big part in allowing colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. The ENG has been established since 2012, has reach to our entire EMEA staff contingent of 2500+ and has been awarded many accolades over the years, including being a Highly Commended Network Group by Stonewall 4 times. Macquarie is also proud to be Number 1 on the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index in 2022, reaching this after 5 years within the Top 100.
At home, Harry is happily married to his husband, Jake.
