Lauren is an experienced operations and project management professional with extensive experience within the investment management industry. Prior to joining LGBT Great, she enjoyed a long and successful career at Fidelity International where she was the Early Careers Programme Leader, responsible for the development of the attraction strategy for all Graduates, Interns, Industrial Placements and Apprentices. Lauren is a proud Mum to two daughters and returned to the workplace following maternity leave when she joined LGBT Great.
