Kelly is a seasoned administrative professional and brings a wealth of experience with nearly 20 years of working as an Executive Assistant (EA) and Personal Assistant (PA) at C-Suite and Director level, spanning various industries including financial services, media, and horseracing! Her career has seen her supporting small businesses to FTSE 100 companies, showcasing her versatility and expertise. In the summer of 2021, Kelly established her own business. Since then, she has been offering freelance business support, either on an ongoing basis or for specific short-term projects. This experience has honed her skills in adaptability and delivering high-quality support tailored to the needs of her clients.  Kelly joined the LGBT Great team as Executive Assistant in June 2024, supporting Matt and the wider team.
