Jon brings significant leadership experience to his role advising the LGBT Great board. Jon has considerable understanding of the financial services industry and during a three decade career at PwC, Jon was the Global Financial Services People Leader and market leader of the firm’s people advisory practice. In addition, Jon led the UK firm’s diversity and inclusion consulting practice. He is passionate about driving change to create more inclusive workplaces and following his retirement from PwC in 2020, spends his time supporting organisations who are driving positive change.
