Clara is a tenured strategy and consulting professional with experience in the professional services industry. Before joining LGBT Great as our Workplaces and Data Consultant, Clara served for over 2 years in Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice where she specialised in the Software and Platforms industry. During her tenure there, worked on a number fast paced and dynamic projects for large-scale global technology clients which focused on the areas of process redesign, digital transformation and strategic resource optimisation. She is also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and has been involved in several internal LGBTQ+ DE&I verticals throughout her career.

Clara completed her B.B.S (Lang.) Business Studies and German undergrad from Trinity College Dublin in 2021 where she focused her final year dissertation topic around growth and corporate restructuring strategies for technology-driven start up companies in the DACH region.

Clara is responsible for the iiBT, workplace best practices, data insights and strategy and innovation projects at LGBT Great and is dedicated to delivering utmost value to our clients to lead them on their DE&I journey.
